911 Relief Fund
Taiwanese American Foundation of San Diego has established a 911
Relief Fund
San Diego, September 25, 2001: Taiwanese American
Foundation of San Diego has established a 911 Relief Fund to help
the survives and families of the victims. The fund will be distributed
equally to the American Red Cross and the New York City Twin Tower
Fund for firefighter, police, and emergency medical services. TAFSD
is to donate $10,000 in this fund and urges everyone to donate generously
to help our fellow Americans.
About TAFSD & TACC
The Taiwanese American Foundation was founded in 1996 with the dedication
and commitment of the Taiwanese American community in San Diego.
The Foundation was incorporated in the State of California as a
nonprofit, public, and charitable organiztion. The mission of the
Foundation is to strengthen and enhance Taiwanese American individual
and family life in San Diego. The Taiwanese American Community Center
is an oeprational unit of the Foundation to provide variety of programs
and services to Taiwanese Americans in San Diego.
