| Broiled Seafood in Japanese Style |

| Materials: |
|
| 1 lb. prawns |
1 lb. scallop |
| 1 1/2 lb. mussel |
2 avocados |
| 1 1/2 dozen mussel shells |
|
| |
|
| Sauce ingredient: |
|
1 C. of mayonnaise
|
2 t. of lemon juice |
| 3 t. of sugar |
|
| 2 t. of seasoned capelin roe (see
note) |
| |

| Procedures: |
|
- Remove shells from prawns, remove veins and cook in the
boiling water for 1 minute, and set aside. Clean mussels
and steam for 5-6 minutes over high heat. Remove them from
the shells and cut them into halves. Clean and drain scallops,
and cook in the boiling water for 1 minute, and set aside.
- Remove the skins and pits of the avocados, slice them
into 16 pieces.
- Clean and dry the mussel shells. Place a slice of avocado,
a piece of shrimp, a piece of scallop, 2 pieces of mussels
on the shell. Repeat for the rest of the materials.
- Prepare the sauce: Put all the ingredients in a big bowl
and mix well. Add 2 t. of sauce on each of the shell. And
put the seafood shells in the preheated oven, broil for
5 min. or till the sauce turn light brown. Remove and serve.
