| Hand-rolled Sushi |

| Materials: |
|
| 1 LB. of cooked shrimp |
1 avocado |
| 1 cucumber |
1 box of radish sprout |
| 1 pickled radish |
5 C. of cooked rice |
| 1 packages of dried bonito shaving |
| |

| Salad dressing:
|
|
| 1 C. of mayonnaise |
1/2 T. of lemon juice |
| 1/2 T. of sugar |
2 T. of fish roe |
| 20 sheets of nori (seed weed) |

| Procedures: |
|
- Dice the cooked shrimp, peel the avocado, remove the seed
and slice it. Shred the cucumber and pickled radish. Clean
the radish sprout and cut the roots.
- Put the dressing into the diced shrimp.
- Cut the nori (seed weed sheet) into 10" x 3 1/2",
put the rice on it first, then the rest of the ingredients
as you disire, and wrap it like ice cream cone shape. Then
it's ready to eat!
