| Mussel in Lime Sauce |

| Materials: |

| 2 LB. of mussel |
|

|
| Sauce Ingredient:
|
|
1/4 C. of lime juice
|
1/4 C. of fish sauce |
| 1 t. of chopped garlic |
1/4 t. of chopped red pepper |
| 2.T of water |
1/2 t. of sugar |
| 1/4 t. of MSG |
|
| |
|
| Procedures: |
|
- Clean and drain the mussel, steam mussel over the high
heat for 5-6 minutes. Remove the mussel from the steamer
and let it cooled.
- Prepare the lime sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredient together.
Add 1/2 t. of sauce in each mussel and serve.
