| Materials: |

| 1 C. of sweet rice |
|
| 1/2 LB. of chopped shrimp |
| 1/2 LB. of ground port |
| 4 water chestnuts, minced |

| Seasoning: |
|
| 2 T. of sesame oil |
1 T. of cornstarch |
| 1 T. of soy sauce |
1/4 t. of salt |
| Dash of white petter, rice wine
and MSG |

| Procedures: |
|
- Wash the sweet rice and soak in water for 4 hours.
- Mix ground pork, chopped shrimp, and seasonings until
well blended.
- Foam into balls about the size of ping-pong balls. Roll
in the soaked sweet rice. Arrange in a steamer and steam
over high heat for 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
